2. Return & Exchange Requirements
- Items must be unused, brand-new, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, boxes, and accessories must be intact.
- Items with missing parts or damaged packaging cannot be returned.
- Only products purchased at regular price are eligible for return or exchange.
3. Shipping Fee Responsibility
- Returns/exchanges due to product quality, defects, or wrong items:
Shipping costs will be covered by our store.
- Returns/exchanges due to personal reasons, wrong address, or non-quality issues:
The buyer is responsible for return shipping and related fees.
4. How to Return or Exchange
- Submit a request within 7 days after delivery.
- Keep your purchase receipt and return the complete item to our store.
- Once an exchange is processed, the order will no longer be covered by the 7-day appreciation period.
5. Refund Method
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please do not change your account during the refund process.
6. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
